Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a pretty good view and were immaculate, with an excellent range of toiletries. However, they were moldy and very outdated. On the positive side, the rooms were well-appointed and quiet. The service was a bit of a hit and miss; while the staff informed us of the fully paid booking via credit card when we intended to pay with cash, they were generally hospitable. Special thanks to Housekeeping, especially Ms. Helen Yin, for her hard work in keeping the room clean. However, there were instances when service was provided without observing the queue. The location was convenient for taxis or the Metro to many places, but it was quite hard to find. Despite this, the hotel was just across the park and within walking distance of the architectural museum of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The facilities offered at the hotel were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and quiet, although the interior seemed a bit outdated. The service was inconsistent, with some staff members going above and beyond while others lacked attention to detail. The location was convenient for exploring Fuzhou but could be hard to find initially. The dining experience was decent, with a good variety of breakfast options available. The facilities were adequate but nothing exceptional.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with attentive service. The location provides mixed views due to nearby constructions. The dining experience is diverse but may have timing issues. The facilities offer various services to enhance the stay.
My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. However, the dining experience could be improved with more breakfast options. The location is superb and convenient, close to many attractions. The facilities were great, but there were a few downsides.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were immaculate with an excellent range of toiletries, spacious, and equipped with a broad bed, a huge wardrobe, and an extremely good bathroom, although they showed signs of age. The service was polite and respectful, with genuinely helpful staff, despite some lapses in attentiveness and overcharging incidents. The location was convenient, offering magnificent views of the city square and Mao monuments at night, but marred by ongoing constructions that affected the atmosphere. The dining experience, although featuring local specialties, fell short of expectations with limited options and timing issues. The facilities were decent, enhancing the overall stay.
